Making Up for Lost Time [Week 3 : Day 2]



I know I'm supposed to skip a day between, but this evening I used it in an attempt to clear my brain. My brain wasn't cleared - but this could be a direct response to the fact that I presently find it difficult to run for more than 3 minutes at a time. If I'd pushed it much beyond, the brain clearing likely would have been oxygen deprivation.

Week 3 is tough, but far from impossible.
