I... Can Run... 25 Minutes! [Week 5 : Day 3]

The gym is about 1.2 miles from my house. I ran for 13 minutes heading to the gym and then afterwards I ran home (with detour for time) for 25 minutes. The C25K plan said 20 minutes for today, but I set a timer and went for 25. Twenty-FIVE minutes without stopping. Slow, wounded, drunken, looking stupid, but without stopping. True, this.

Can you believe this? I can't believe this!

I'm stoked.
