Well, I went out late for my birthday last night with Mommy Dearest and then went running at 6 this morning. Some say it's ok to run after eating, some say it's better to wait, but nothing I've read says the next morning is no bueno either. Anyway, about 10 minutes into my 25 minute run, nausea hit.. bad. I didn't stop, though, I didn't de-food, and I didn't pass out. As you can tell, I survived. It was touch-and-go for a bit, though.
