We Can Do Anything for 25 Minutes [Week 6 : Day 3]

Today was my second 25 minute run. It wasn't particularly easy, although I can't pinpoint exactly where the difficulty is. It may be fatigue, but it doesn't seem like I'm having much difficulty with my breathing. I have shin splints still, but nothing like before. It's just... difficult.

MapMyRun states: 2.2mi distance, 25min, 11:18min/mi.

Next, Week 7: 5 minute warm-up walk, 25 minute run, 5 minute cool-down walk. All three days. I'll keep you posted.
