[Week 5 : Day 2]

Day 2 of Week 5 has two intervals of 8 minute runs and 5 minute walks. I set out thinking I'd repeat Day 1, but when the first 5 minute run was up, I kept going for the 8. This was far easier than I thought. I reached my second wind and could have gone further. True story.

Day 3 is a 20 minute run.
